This Saturday 9/26, the crew from Ggiata is hosting their 3rd annual Melrose Hill Block Party. And we’re hosting a pre-reception for Jamie’s List members.
Join us at 3 pm at 5014 ½ Melrose Ave. You’ll be able to check out the space, try exclusive jamon beurre sandwiches from Chainsaw LA, and sip on St. James Iced Tea. Then, head next door to Cuff Studio for some complimentary Avaline wine and cheese.
Plus, at 4 pm, David Zwirner gallery is hosting a Jamie’s List members-only private tour of their new exhibit: Roy DeCarava’s the sound i saw. The block party also kicks off around then — where you can walk around, listen to music, and sample other great bites in the neighborhood.

Melrose Hill is my favorite up and coming neighborhood, thanks to Zach Lasry, who has spent the last seven years building it up. Now, it has one of the greatest concentrations of art galleries and restaurants (Little Fish, Kuya Lord, Etra, and more) in the city. You should definitely attend the block party and check out everything this area has to offer.
